We produced a video which captures the who, what and why’s of Kleos, a space-powered intelligence platform. Our goal was to convey Kleos’ impact as a global protector against dark maritime activity, including terrorism, piracy and illegal fishing.

More than 220 incidents of maritime piracy and armed robbery are reported each year. Billions of dollars of drugs and arms are smuggled annually. 26 million tonnes of fish are stolen from international waters.

A key player in improving marine and land-based safety, Kleos provides essential intelligence to agencies worldwide that enhance detection of illegal activity and solidifying border security.

DELIVERABLES

Using VFX and 3D animation, we  simplified the key messages of Kleos as a leading geospatial intelligence tool which provides critical information for the defense, security and surveillance sectors.

To build the story, facts and statistics were set against an emotive soundtrack. We built replicas of Kleos satellites that hovered in Space above Earth, which detect radio-activity. The visuals intricately pinpoint the pattern of satellite’s across the globe with engaging colour and movement.
